What you'll learn

Include a list of items to support the central theme of your page. Bulleted lists are a great way to parse information into digestible pieces.

  • How to maximise the level of market competition - and to avoid doing things that reduce it.

  • How to build your own should-cost model - and why you should NOT use the supplier's price breakdown.

  • How to use what you learn to develop two practical negotiation plans - with individual coaching support.

  • That you need never worry about forgetting what your learn - you get lifetime access to this learning platform.
